SHIPPING

Shipping and packaging:
Within Germany we deliver to Dich  free of charge. We send small goods with Deutsche Post, parcels with DHL and large-format pictures also by forwarding agency. 

​

For delivery to the countries of the European Union we charge a flat rate for packaging and delivery of EUR 7 for orders below EUR 15 and below an order value of EUR 230 we charge a flat rate of EUR 15 for packaging and shipping. In the European Union we ship free of charge from an order value of 230 EUR.

Delivery times:

Products that we have in stock will of course be sent to you immediately.  Some products are only made especially for you after your order. Although it is a one-off production, this is also done quickly. As a rule, approx. 4 to 7 working days are required for production and delivery time. When the order situation is high, such as before Christmas, it can sometimes take up to 10 working days for a one-off production until your package is with you, that is a little longer than usual, but you get your product made for you and you have helped with overproduction avoid. For other European countries, the production and delivery time is usually around 8 to 14 working days.

For certain products and their manufacture, we have partners from Germany who support us in this. In order to keep the delivery time as short as possible, we also have orders for one-off products sent directly to you by our partner.

Return & Exchange

Returns & Exchanges -  We love it personal and uncomplicated.

Every order goes through our hands and is handled by us personally. We will do everything we can to ensure that you are satisfied with what you have purchased online!  ​ Should it happen that you would like to give something back , then you can of course make use of "Returns and exchanges" and send us back and exchange the ordered products within two weeks. 

​

Since we are a small company made up of freelance artists and fair pricing is important to us, we ask for your understanding that unfortunately we cannot cover the return costs and this is therefore at your own expense, unless there is an error on our part or a   shipping damage! Then we will of course also cover all return costs!
